Location

T-Live Festival al takes place at Copthall Playing Fields in Barnet, the new location is easily accessible by Tube (Mill Hill East on the Northern Line), Train (Mill Hill Broadway, 17 minutes from King’s Cross St Pancras), Bus (Copthall Sports Centre) and by car with plenty of parking available.

We’re extremely pleased to be bringing the T-Live Festival to a brand new site in North London, Copthall Playing Fields.

The new bigger festival site has great public transport links and is also extremely easily accessible by car with plenty of car park spaces available. Copthall Playing Fields nearest train station is Mill Hill Broadway and tube station is Mill Hill East, both under 20 minutes to Kings Cross and the new site is also just 30 minutes drive from central London.


Our goal is to respect the park and the local residents at all times. We ask all customers to show the local area and residents the same respect by arriving and leaving the event quietly and politely, leaving any litter in the bins provided or taking it with you when you depart.

Travel Information

• Tube

The nearest tube station is Mill Hill East which is on the Northern Line and a 7 minute taxi journey to the Copthall Playing Fields.

There will be shuttle buses available on the day, more info will be released soon.

Please make sure your Oyster Cards are topped up for your return journey ahead of arriving at the festival to avoid congestion at Mill Hill East station at the end of the day.

• National Rail

The nearest train station is Mill Hill Broadway which is on Thameslink and a 5 minute taxi journey from Copthall Playing Fields.

Mill Hill Broadway is only 17 minutes from King’s Cross St Pancras or 20 minutes from Farringdon.

There will be shuttle buses available on the day, more info will be released soon.

• By Bus

The 221 route runs from Edgware bus station to Turnpike Lane station. Alight at the Copthall Sports Centre for the Copthall Playing Fields, which is a 5 minute walk away.

The 113 Bus route runs from Edgware Bus Station to Marble Arch. Alight at Five Ways Corner for Copthall Playing Fields, which is a 10 minute walk away.

• Taxis / Lifts

There will be a taxi rank for collections, this will be sign-posted on the day of the event.

Please be aware that there are strict road closures in operation in the surrounding areas which only allow access to local residents.

Traffic enforcement will be in full operation on the day and cars will be towed!

• Cars

Copthall Playing Fields are just 400 metres from Junction 2 of the M1, 12 minutes inside the M25 and right next to the North Circular Road. There is car parking space for 800 cars on a first come first serve basis, car park tickets are only available in advance here: 51stfestival.com/blogs/tickets

The A1(M) runs from the North of England down into north London, via nearby towns such as Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield.

The A406 (the North Circular Road) runs through north London and links west and east London together.

The M1 runs from the North of England into north London, via Luton and Watford.

• Leaving the event

We host Titan Festival in a beautiful tranquil surrounding that is located in a residential area. Please be respectful to our neighbours

to ensure we do not impact our lovely residents and we get to return to our home.

There is a road closure for egress with clear signage directing attendees to the shuttle buses, taxi pick-up location and the car

park.

Security and the event team will be advising attendees of any information along the egress route.

Is there car parking?

There is car parking space for 1500 cars on a first come first serve basis, car park tickets are only available in advance here titanfestival.co/blogs/tickets

Please be aware that there are strict road closures in operation in the surrounding areas which only allow access to local residents.

Traffic enforcement will be in full operation on the day and cars will be towed!

We strongly recommend unless you have purchased your car park tickets in advance that you travel via public transport.

Lineups are subject to change as agreed upon purchase?

You are not entitled to a refund in the event the headline artist(s) or any other artist(s) advertised to perform, fails to show or perform for any reason outside the Promoters control.

Can I cancel or return my ticket?

Please note that all tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable.

What is the age limit for entry?

To enter T-Live Festival you must be aged 18 or over. Everyone must present a valid ID when they arrive. The only accepted forms of ID are a valid, in date, Passport, Driving
License or Home Office approved proof of age card that clearly displays the PASS hologram.
The Titan Bars will operate a Challenge 25 system – if you look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo ID proving you are 18 or over. Please take it as a compliment and if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring your photo ID with you.

Is there re-entry on the day?

There is a strict no re-entry policy on the day. Doors are open from 11am – 9pm and last entry is strictly at 5pm for all ticket holders.

VIP Ticketholders

VIP ticket holders will also enter the festival site via their own exclusive entrance. The much improved VIP area will include a bigger bar, many more toilets, beds, benches & table service. VIP tickets include separate fast track entry, bespoke VIP area with premium food & drink selections, posh toilets.

Bars

To reduce queuing times we will be having 90% of the bars as contactless and chip and pin payments, there will be one cash bar in the general admission area.

The food caterers and stalls will accept cash and card / contactless.

Prohibited Items

Please expect a thorough and strict search as this is a condition of entry especially in these times of heightened security. Bags will also be searched thoroughly Pressurised gas canisters and legal highs are strictly prohibited on site. Anyone found with these items will have them confiscated and may be refused entry. Anything that could cause harm is strictly prohibited. A second search in the presence of the police will result from the discovery of any prohibited items. You cannot bring any liquids into the venue, this includes eye drops & nose sprays, perfume, water bottles etc. 

However you are allowed to bring SUN CREAM UNDER 50ML and this must be sprayed on your person on entry and also HAND SANITISER, this also must be used on your person on entry. You are allowed to bring prescribed medication on site when accompanied by a doctor’s note or valid medical certificate. Your cooperation with this is appreciated and it is to ensure that everyone attending Titan Festival has a safe and enjoyable day.

Strobe lighting & effects warning

Please be aware that strobe lighting and smoke effects will be used at this event and that prolonged exposure to loud music can damage your hearing.

Can I bring my own food & drink?

You cannot bring any food or drink into the festival. There are fully licensed bars on site and a selection of street food concessions catering to a variety of tastes!

Will there be cash machines?

No cash machines

Applying for disabled access PA / carer tickets

Please purchase the tickets you require for Titan Festival via Skiddle, NOT including the Personal Assistant ticket.

We then ask you to supply us with one of the following documents dated within the past 12 months or with a valid date covering the event:

​• The front page of the DLA letter with the PIP letter

​ • The front page of the Attendance Allowance letter

​ • Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)

​ ​​ • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

​ ​ • ​Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
